Evolving from Carvin’s proven designs, it features a proprietary PurePath™ wave-guide lens, a high-output 3-inch voice coil compression driver with 1.5-inch exit, and dual neodymium 10-inch transducers for powerful, articulate low-frequency response.
Integrated ALL DSP™ processing optimizes vocal intelligibility and musical balance, delivering clear, natural sound with predictable results right out of the box. With output up to 130 dB SPL and 100° horizontal coverage, the TRx5210AN projects evenly across large audiences while maintaining precision and control.
For system designers and engineers, EASE modeling files are available, enabling accurate acoustic prediction, coverage mapping, and performance simulation prior to deployment.

ALL DSP™ provides full system control over an Ethernet network, allowing engineers to monitor, tune, and manage every element of the array from a centralized interface. Factory presets deliver optimized performance out of the box, while network access enables precise adjustment of EQ, delay, dynamics, and levels across the entire system
Each TRx5210AN is powered by dual Class-D amplifiers (1000W LF and 550W HF) providing clean headroom and controlled dynamics at high output levels. High efficiency amplification allows up to four elements per 120VAC / 20A circuit, while IP65-rated POWERX™ AC in/out connectors support secure, weather-resistant power.
The TRx5210AN is built for reliable performance in demanding environments, with IP45 ingress protection standard across the enclosure and electronics. A thick DURATEX™ polyurethane finish provides long-term UV and moisture resistance, while the 10-inch neodymium woofers feature moisture-resistant cone coatings for consistent performance outdoors. Water-treated steel grilles, a protected rear amplifier panel with integrated rain hood, and watertight POWERX™ AC connections ensure dependable operation in changing conditions. For permanent outdoor installations, an optional rain box is available for full environmental protection.
Each TRx5210AN is equipped with dual TS10N-8 10-inch woofers, engineered for high output, fast transient response, and consistent performance at scale. Large 63mm (2.5-inch) copper voice coils provide improved thermal handling and power compression resistance, allowing the system to maintain clarity and impact even during extended high-level operation.
The neodymium magnet structures reduce overall weight without sacrificing motor strength, making the enclosure easier to handle while preserving punch and efficiency. Moisture-resistant cones contribute to the system’s IP45 weather rating, ensuring reliable low-frequency performance in outdoor and exposed environments. Extended low-frequency response down to 60 Hz allows the TRx5210AN to deliver strong mid-bass definition and seamless integration with TRx5118A subwoofers.
The TRx5210AN features the proprietary HF75-8 high-frequency compression driver, engineered for clean, articulate high-frequency reproduction and long-throw consistency in array configurations. A large 76mm (3-inch) copper voice coil improves power handling and thermal stability, allowing the driver to maintain clarity and headroom even at sustained high output levels.
The titanium diaphragm delivers fast transient response and extended high-frequency detail, while the 1.5-inch horn exit ensures efficient acoustic coupling into the PurePath™ waveguide lens. This optimized geometry maintains phase coherence between array elements, producing smooth, controlled high-frequency coverage with minimal distortion. The result is clear, intelligible sound that extends naturally to 20 kHz, remaining consistent from the front rows to the far field.
The TRx5000 transport system is designed to reduce handling time, protect equipment, and streamline load-ins from truck to stage. Pre-rigged dolly configurations and efficient truck-pack dimensions make large systems faster to move, easier to manage, and more cost-effective to deploy.
Up to four TRx5210AN line array elements can be secured to the DB521018 steel transport dolly in a pre-rigged configuration, allowing fast movement from truck to stage with minimal handling. Quick-release pin connections keep cabinets locked and aligned, reducing setup time and protecting components during transport. The DB521018 features 5" caster wheels.
The same DB521018 dolly accommodates two TRx5118A subwoofers, securely pinned together for stable transport and efficient load-ins. This paired configuration simplifies handling of dual-sub stacks while keeping the system organized and ready for deployment. The DB521018 features 5" caster wheels.
The TRx5000 system packs efficiently for touring and production workflows. This compact footprint allows up to 12 TRx5210AN line array elements or 6 TRx5118A subwoofers to fit in a single row—maximizing truck space while minimizing load time.
The TRx5210AN is designed for fast, secure ground stacked deployments, supporting up to four line array elements on one or two TRx5118A subwoofers per side. Integrated rigging hardware and quick-release pins allow precise vertical aiming with three selectable angles—5° upward, 0°, or 3° downward—making it easy to optimize coverage for audience distance and stage height.

The DB521018 transport dolly is a heavy-duty steel rolling platform designed for efficient movement of the TRx5000 system. It securely accommodates up to four TRx5210AN line array elements or two TRx5118A/AF subwoofers in a pre-rigged configuration, reducing handling time and streamlining load-ins and load-outs.
The TRx5000FLY fly bumper is engineered for safely suspending TRx5210AN line array elements in flown configurations. Designed to support up to 16 elements per side, it integrates with the SureFly™ rigging system and provides secure, predictable array deployment for touring and permanent installations. The TRx5000FLY is also used as the base to ground stack 4 TRx5210AN elements on top of the TRx5118AF subwoofer.
The POWERX5210JUMP is a weather-resistant AC jumper cable designed to connect multiple TRx5210AN elements using locking POWERX™ connectors. It supports safe, efficient power distribution while maintaining the system’s IP-rated integrity.
The XLR5210JUMP is a signal jumper cable designed to link multiple TRx5210AN line array elements via XLR input and thru connections. It enables clean, organized signal distribution across the array for fast and efficient setup.
The QPTRX rigging pins are precision-machined quick-release hardware designed for secure mechanical connection between TRx5000 series components. Engineered for strength and repeatable deployment, QPTRX pins ensure fast assembly, safe suspension, and stable ground-stacked configurations.
