Do you still offer an open back 12" cab? Closed back is great for outdoor gigs. I play small clubs in the winter and closed back cabs are “Sound Cannons” that are deafening especially to those in the back rows of the clubs I play. Been there done that and sold those cabs. When I need a 12" extension cab it must be open back. I use a 30 watt 12" open back combo amp. So far I have not played large clubs or outdoors with my new act but yhis summer there are a few larger outdoor gigs booked.

How about some demos sometime with some country guitar picking in the style of Albert Lee, Brent Mason, Reggie Young, Jimmy Capps, Steve Wariner, or Vince Gill. Country music is a rather HUFE genre with tens of thousands of guitar players playing it. Just sayin’. m

Long time CARVIN fan, customer and user, 3 guitar Carvin Amps,1 bass amp, two power amps one AC250 guitar and one BB bass, four mics, cables etc. The V112E looks like a great cabinet, thank God you used a standard OEM speaker as I can’t get my OEM CARVINS reconed. It would probably be a GREAT cabinet for my Quad-X rig or my MV3. However, I’m sure that most of us would rather see it mated up to a MV3, Vintage series, Legacy or X100B Tube type head and NOT a separate foot pedal preamp powered by a Class D stomp box power amp. I hope and pray that someday CARVIN will introduce a variety of great Tube amplifies as they did before the company split into Carvin and now the guitar division, Kiesel. Good to see new products coming out.
